INTERVIEW:

How long have you been reading and writing erotica?

It was actually a boyfriend of mine that got me interested in erotica when I was about 18. He read one to me and I never forgot it! Since I love writing and always remember that experience, it led me to seek out more to read and to experiment with writing my own.

What do you like about writing GLBT themes?

I often write stories involving a bisexual theme because that's what I'm interested in. I view being bisexual as not limiting myself! Though my stories reflect the fact that I mostly have relationships with men, there's still a strong attraction to women that I like to explore with my writing.

What do you feel you can say with erotica than other genres?

I often feel with erotica that I can allow my mind to run free. An outlandish situation or place will suddenly come to me, or perhaps a particular dynamic between people and I'll want to write a story about why that might excite a person. People can become excited by things or feel certain emotions and even they can't explain why, and that interests me a lot. So any place can become erotic for any number of reasons, be it a dungeon where they're trapped or a funfair where they're finally free to be themselves.
