Server Move Complete!
We have completed the bulk of our move of all our websites and email service from our previous host, (who we have now dubbed "Nightmarehost") to the new provide, LiquidWeb. So far, LiquidWeb's support team is an improvement. We expect the move to not only give us better reliability, stability and extra features.

We're still accessing the losses from the colossal fail of Nightmarehost. In addition to multiple days of intermittent to non-existent access to our websites, they also managed to not only take our email database offline for days – but they also deleted all the email stored in our inboxes when they came back up. The last full back up of the site we were able to secure and move was done during the night of July 10/11, so data added between then and the new version created the night of July 14/15 was lost.
What we were unable to recover:
4 blog posts – All blog posts and comments made July 11-14 were not able to be transferred. (Nightmarehost back up fail.) We did to a manual copy of the text of the blogs and comments during that time. We encourage authors and staff whose blogs were lost to repost them. If you don't have a copy of the blog or your comments, let us know and we can send you the text.
Email – We lost a email to some but not all of our staff accounts. This was the hardest since it didn't just wipe out the email from the four days, but ALL the email in inboxes. We had backups for some of the more established accounts such as the publisher's and the submission box. We lost all the email in the newer boxes such as "editorial." If you sent or received anything from editorial in the last two months, we would encourage you to resend it now that the box is re-established.
4 new user profiles – Any users who signed up July 11-14 will need to reapply. We have their user names and emails and will contact them with the invitation to sign up again.
1 purchase account from FFP – Sales is in our accounting but the use account created when the purchase was made is lost. We cannot reinstate it from our end. As above, we'll contract the individual to make sure the sale went through.
Forum comments – All posts and comments to the forums made during the lost window July 11-14 are lost. Anyone wishing to repost may do so.
We had been planning on making this move once we finished the rebuild of the websites, so that we only had to migrate date once. Unfortunately, the problems with the Nightmarehost meant moving the schedule up.
The last week has put us a bit behind schedule. Not wanting to launch a new work with the websites down, we postponed the release of Fancy Man and the Lipstick Lesbian to this week, where it will join Elf Esteem. We are currently gearing up for the release of the anthology of Wicked Fairy Tales, with a series of interviews, contest and other fun events in August.

#1 Well done
It must have been a lot of work
#2 Still is...
Yes, thanks. We are still working on cleaning up the mess Nightmare hose left us and setting up the new email system. There is always a lot of tweaking when you have to reset dozens of emails.
